Lovely work by J.C. van Hulsteijn (1860-1894 Rotterdam) river scene possibly by Dortrecht, lovely use of perspective and the sun breaking through the clouds iluminating the church in the distance. This is a 19th century work has some old restorations visible on the back. Signature is faintly visible in the right bottom corner.
