Here is a Impressionistic painting of the Singel in Amsterdam with the Koepel Church in the left side and the harbour control building with the mast on the top on the right, this dates the painting to pre war, probably the 20's, it is signed A Wouter, which is not a well known name never the less it is an accomplished atmospheric typical work from this time.
