George III BookcaseSOLD

This is an exquisite George III ( circa  1780) bookcase, of the finest quality in superb condition.

Solid curl mahogany bottom door panels, with scolloped astricle beading all origional, brass closing strips, lovely origional 15 pane astricle glazed top doors, with brass closing strip.

This piece is in remarkable condition, comming directly out of an estate sale, it has at one point  had  an exstensive restoration with no expence spared and has  certainly been well looked after throughout is life.

Good Georgian bookcase's of the 18th century are few and far between and the compact dimentions of this one are even more difficult to find.
