Streetscene 1846SOLD
Here is a lovely little work on and oak panel depicting a corner of the Bezuidenhout street presumably in the Den Haag, it has some lovely little details such as all the different people walking dogs etc, lady with a baby, boy feeding the ducks, it has what is probably the name of the artist on the rear, I've not been able to decipher it though, the year is clearly 1846 and it is painted from the woods side on the Bezuidenhout. good original early 19th century frame also.
